She says: English Classic Theme

We are featuring a wedding that we did recently. The couple, Andrew and Cindy, is fun-loving and cute together. They have an identical build, tall and slim and look good together. Cindy has a popular blog and online blogshop. Read what she thinks about her day here!

The couple engaged D&D for Chapter One (Design & Coordination) for their wedding in Tower Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel. Winston did his part in helping on the actual day coordination.

It was a success! We love how every single details blended together. The bride is really fond of the gold and cream in classic look. So we proposed the English Classic theme, which she loves so much.

Most of the time the grander the ballroom, the more elaborate the decoration should be in order to maximize the impact. However, the theme that the couple chose, required a more delicate and intimate decor. We then focused our attention to the centerpiece, with lots of gold candles and handmade table number.

This is the quick snap of the wedding.

All in all, it was a classy wedding with nice moments. What I got to say is that the couple was extremely great to work with, with Andrew always providing the laughs and making sure everything is relaxed. The worst thing to have during a wedding is a panicky couple and they are definitely not like that.

So with this, we will like to congratulate Andrew and Cindy in their wonderful marriage, and hope this union will continue to be a blissful one!

  1. Hi Hellen…I’ve been following your blog for a while and it’s so great to see you’re doing so well with your wedding planning business! I’ve always been all for the fact that weddings should be a reflection of who you are. And it’s not that common in Singapore.. but it seems to be on the rise! Keep doing what you’re doing!
