Real Weddings: Matthew & Kate @ Chijmes Hall

A classic sweet theme filled with soft flowing streamers and lights inspired by Disney’s Tangled Movie. Chjimes is really one of the venues we love to decor. The charm of this historic conserved beauty is quite difficult to resist. The high ceiling, tiled motif flooring, detailed stained glass windows and dreamy wedding charm makes it one of the most asked about venues too. Kate nodded to almost every of our proposed design easily and we are happy to have nailed her requests. The holy matrimony had the guests seated in the theatre setting and posies and sash were tied to every chair along the aisle. Usually couples will alternate the chairs but Kate wanted a full and grand look, she wants it, we fulfilled it. The peonies that came in for the centerpiece was bloomed and ready for her too! To date, this ribbon streamer is the biggest that we’ve done for a stage backdrop and we loved the soft effect that it brought to the beautiful venue. We wish Matthew & Kate the sweetest and brightest start to their blissfully married life. Photo credit: Light&Memories
